Impression: Schlappeseppel Pils is classic German Pils. It’s golden with a rocky white head. The nose is hoppy with a little grain. The clean finish is semi-dry and bitter. It would be better with a more careful pour and I certainly saw some beers going out that looked much better. They say it takes seven minutes to pour a proper Pils and this one needed a few more minutes.
