Impression: Biermanufaktur 95100 Diamant Pils is an unfiltered golden example of the style. This Keller Pils is perhaps a bit maltier than a typical German Pils so more rounded. There’s light grain in the mix but it’s generally fairly hopped. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter. This very small brewery is composed of a group of Zoigl enthusiasts. These notes are sparse due to the number of beers sampled in a short time at the Bavarian Czechia Beer Tasting event held in Rehau. I’d like to get to Selb to have a more relaxed sampling of their beers.
