Impression: Bedheim Brauhaus Hausbrauerbier is a low carbonation unfiltered amber brew with a grainy balanced palate. The lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter finish entices another. Their Bach & Brauhausfest is a well worth it event if you can make your way out to Bedheim. It’s the only place to find this unique beer on tap along with offering traditional Thuringian baked goods. I had sampled this at the Südthüringer Bierverkostung 2026 in Heldburg a few weeks prior but it was in better condition at the local festival.
