Brewery: Ayinger
Town: Aying
Style: Heller Bock
Color: deep golden

Served: on tap at the brewery
Impression: Ayinger makes a fairly large portfolio of regular beers, all well-made, but their seasonals are their true strength and this Maibock is no exception. It’s a tough bock to beat for Biergarten drinking, arriving a deep golden with an enticing, dense white head. It’s rich maltiness is well-balanced with fair hopping for a Southern Bavarian brew. The finish is moreish. Quite nice.
