While not quite as cute as neighboring Loffeld, Stublang is nonetheless a convenient base to explore the surrounding area, rich with natural scenery and a plethora of brewpubs. That it it has two of its own is an added bonus and if this is your first stop on the Bad Staffelstein region, you’ll find it charming in its own right with a few half-timbered buildings strewn along the same brook that babbles through Loffeld just up the road.
There are numerous trails emanating from Stublang, from short strolls to longer routes that could take you past numerous brewpubs en route to leaving the area. Note there are two Dinkel locations as they have opened up the original brewery on a limited basis along with the larger and busier Gasthof. Both are worth your time.
