Impression:
Schlossbrauerei Stelzer Hefe-weizen has a gorgeous orange honeycomb hue and yeasty off-white head. The enticing fruity nose has some yeast in the mix. The balanced palate is similarly fruity with a nice yeasty element. The lingering finish is semi-dry with just a touch of bitterness. Drier than most and one of the better Weizens in Franconia.
