Impression: Museumsbrauerei Goldkronach Böhmische Pils is an unfiltered golden example of the style. There’s some grain and peppery hops in the otherwise malty nose. The balanced palate has some grainy notes and peppery hops. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter. This small brewery began in 2017 as part of a history museum in Goldkronach. These notes are sparse due to the number of beers sampled in a short time at the Bavarian Czechia Beer Tasting event held in Rehau. I’d certainly seek out a tasting of festival if the museum holds one.
