Impression: Metzdorfer Haubrauerei Edeltrunk is an unfiltered amber rustic Vollbier with a grainy/yeasty nose. It has a dry balanced palate of light grain and underlying hops. Metzdorfer Hausbrauerei Edeltrunk has a lingering finish which is supremely dry and semi-bitter. This small village brewery is just outside of Kulmbach and worth effort to visit for an excellent great value meal as well their best in the area beers.
