Uehlfeld is not on most tourist maps but Franconians in the know come to enjoy eating carp in months that end in R. The cute little market town has a unique walking trail that passes stork nesting areas as well as carp ponds but the beer enthusiast could go there only for a pair of winning breweries and be entirely glad they did.
