Neckar-Odenwald county is a gentle one of rolling hills and quiet hamlets. Located in an area historically known as Badisch Franken, it nonetheless feels less so culturally than other parts of Franconian Baden-Württemberg. There were a few breweries but there is little information on them so it’s possible a couple may have closed. The one I have been to is very much operational and popular with locals.
