He not only knew the area, but was super informative about all kinds of beer. Frankly, the hiking fun and the Monastery was awesome, but it was Rich that made our day so special for my wife and I. We have done several walking, hiking as well as biking tours throughout Europe and I would say Rich has been our best guide.
