Nose: light mix of grain and spicy hops

Palate: balanced, malty, grainy, spicy hops, yeasty
Finish: lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter

Served: from a bottle bought at the brewery.

Impression: Schatzenhofer Pils is an unfiltered light golden brew with a massive, rocky, chiffon-like head. There’s a mix of grain and spicy hops in the enticing nose. The balanced palate features more of the same. There’s a touch of yeast is this rustic Pils, which is refreshing and makes for a moreishly dry, lingering finish.
