Impression: Stöhrs Bock is a nice looking amber bock with a fruity nose mixed with caramel. It’s balanced, fruity and quite dry for the style. It’s got a touch of caramel in the palate. The lingering finish is nicely dry and slightly bitter. A friend lives near this small brewery in Lower Franconia. He nicely picked this Craft Beer take on a Bock up for me. Stöhrs dates back to 2018. It brews a fair assortment of beers now but they’re not easy to find unless you can get to the brewery.
