Impression: Graser Braunbier is richly malty example of the rare style. The unfiltered light brown hue is capped nicely with a creamy off-white head and spicy nose. There’s a peppery note in the balanced palate before a lingering semi-dry, semi-bitter finish. The beers are from old family recipes as interpreted by descendant/Schlenkerla owner Matthias Trum. They are now featured at Graser Wirtshaus. This gravity dispense true Anstich was the public unveiling of this new Graser beer.
