Wiesener Pils

Brewery: Bürgerliches Brauhaus
Town: Wiesen (bei Aschaffenburg)
Style: Pils 4.7
Color: golden

white, rocky
hoppy, light grain
Body: medium
Palate: balanced, hoppy, light grain
Finish: clean, semi-dry, bitter

Served: from a bottle bought at the brewery

Impression: Another great looking Wiesner, this one a classic Pils with a golden hue and rocky white head. The hoppy nose has a little grain in the mix which is pretty much what it tastes like. There’s a bit more malt backbone to this one but remains very much a Pils. The clean finish is semi-dry and nicely bitter.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
