Color: golden

Head:
white, rocky, nice lacework
Nose:
spicy hops
Body: medium
Palate: balanced, malty, spicy hops

Served: from a bottle bought at the brewery

Impression: Gorgeous golden Helles with an ample rocky head and spicy hoppy nose. Balanced palate features a nice spicy hop element I hadn’t expected. The lingering finish is semi-dry with a nice bitterness. A surprising beer I wouldn’t peg as a Helles. If this is an indication, I’m glad I picked up an assorted case.
