Impression: I picked this up without my glasses and had mistaken it for another contract beer, Kleebaum. This one from Kalk Bräu turns out to be by Brauhaus Binkert, a relatively new brewery in its own right. It was an absolutely gorgeous pour with a pleasant unfiltered amber hue and chiffon-like rocky head. The enticingly fruity/yeasty nose leads to a refreshing balanced Kellerbier with just the right amount of bitterness in the finish. Maybe I should shop without my glasses more often. 😉

Next beer or back to the beer list.
