Impression: I’ve generally been happy with the Bocks I’ve had from them so was glad to see this Weizenbock. It poured gorgeously with a lovely honeycomb hue and massive rocky head. Nice fruity yeasty nose and similar palate. There’s some underlying hops drying it out in the lingering finish. I tend to prefer Dunkler Weizenbock but this is quite good if not in the very top echelon.
