Impression: I liked this dry Rotbier at their pub but it had a slight touch of integrated butter. A friend recently raved about it at the Keller so headed there and I have to agree. It’s unusually dry for the style and had none of the butter I found fitting enough the first time around. Glad I got it and like it equally to their excellent Kellerbier. On the return visit later in the summer, the hint of butter had returned. Not a deal breaker but it was my second favorite that day. I imagine I’ll always have one to see.
