Impression: Two days after my first Unterfranken Kommunbrauerei experience, I found myself at my first such Fest. It was a great local feel with tasty dishes and featuring a wide variety of homemade salads. The beer was quite rustic with a slight sour character I found refreshing. It was balanced and just dry enough without being particularly bitter.
