Impression: I saw some beer from an unknown brewery to me, Will-Bräu and a friend confirmed their authenticity as a Franconian brewery. It’s evidently been bought up by a Fulda brewery but still brew on the premises. Seem to feel more Bavarian if the blue and white on their labels mean anything but fine looking and well made they are. One of the nicest and most refreshing looking Weizens I’ve ever seen. The chiffon like rocky head is lasting and light fruity nose is laced with yeast and cotton candy. It’s very slightly thin on flavor but the lingering finish isn’t cloying and makes it a rare I could drink two Weizens for me.
