Nose: mix of tropical fruit and pine

Palate: balanced, tropical fruits, pine, dry
Finish: lingering, dry, semi-bitter
Served: on tap at Liebesbier
Impression: Had their regular IPA last time and while well made, it was a tad thin on flavor. This one is much better with a lovely dry quality without being particularly bitter. The mix of tropical fruit and pine isn’t overwhelming, as I find the more extreme examples. I’d have this one again. The pour and presentation was excellent as well.
