Impression: A friend who lives just south of this small brewery in Lower Franconia picked this Craft Beer take on a Helles for me. Stöhrs dates back to 2018 and also brews a dark beer I’d like to get my hands on. This is a nice looking unfiltered Helles Lager dubbed Sonja’s Süffiges Seidla. It’s fruity and dry with a grain element. It’s slightly thin but the lingering finish is nice and dry.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
