Düll Krautheimer Helles
Brewery: Düll
Town: Krautheim
Style: Helles 4.9%
Color: light golden
Head: white, rocky, creamy
Nose: malty, light grain, white pepper
Body: medium, effervescent
Palate: balanced, malty, some grain, light white pepper
Finish: lingering, semi-dry
Served: from a bottle bought at Landbier Paradies
Impression: Nice Helles with an ample head and signature white pepper in the nose. This is possibly their simplest beer but also the one where the white pepper element blends in best. It’s got a nice light grainy aspect and is relatively dry despite what seems low hopping. It’s a little thin on flavor but the finish is dry enough.
