Impression: Though I’d vowed to only drink Rotbier on this excursion to Nürnberg to compare them all, I found myself with an hour to kill waiting for my train home. I’d also finished trying all the Rotbiers and Bruderherz was very close to the station so I dropped in to see if their Helles was any better than their Rotbier. Though it’s a very typical kind of hoppy Craft Beer Lager, I would say it’s more integrated and if I were to return for a meal, it would be my choice beer-wise.
