Town:
Gaildorf

, spritzy

Served: from a bottle bought in the area

Impression: Another visually pleasing beer from Gaildorf. While I found their Dunkel more interesting, this is their flagship and can understand why. It’s got a bubbly character many will find refreshing and a clean malt forward palate with a pleasant grain aspect. The hops are subdued but dry things out nicely in the clean, semi-bitter finish.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
