Engel Hell

Brewery: Braumanufaktur Engel
Town:
Crailsheim
Style:
Helles 4.8%
Color: straw

Head:
white, rocky
Nose: grainy,
mown grass
Body: medium

Palate:
balanced, grainy, very slight butter
Finish: clean, semi-dry, semi-bitter

Served: on tap at the Brauereigasthof Engel-Keller

Impression: Nicely poured despite a .3l with a nice rocky head in a little logo mug. Promising nose of grain and mown grass. Balanced malty palate with a slight hint of integrated butter. Fairly clean semi-dry finish. Oddly the last beer listed on the menu and I don’t see anyone else drinking it. That said, certainly well enough made and easy to drink.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
