Beck Bräu Kellerbier
Brewery: Beck Bräu
Town: Trabelsdorf
Style: Kellerbier
Color: unfiltered amber
Head: rocky, off-white
Nose: faint grain
Body: medium
Palate: malty, some grain
Finish: lingering
Served: on tap at the brewery
Impression: I’ve had a few of their beers in bottles now and this is the most lackluster. I finally got to the brewery’s small restaurant and they unfortunately had this and their Pils on tap so started with it. I must say it was a great looking beer with a rocky head and nice logo Seidla. There was some butter in the mix. but it was integrated well enough. The lingering finish wasn’t inviting and it’s still not my favorite of their beers.
