Impression: This is a top-fermented beer the brewer insisted we try. Generally speaking, I’ve never had a bad beer here but Dampfbier is not exactly my favorite style. It was an interesting mix of Weißbier and Kellerbier. If I’d had it first, it would have probably been better but even with its dryish finish, it was cloying compared to the Landbier.
