Impression: Stunning beer to behold with a honeycomb hue and chiffon like rocky head which lasts well into the glass. Gorgeous nose of citrus hops and orange blossoms and some yeast. It could almost be a hopped up Weizen ala Schneider but more drinkable at 5.5% though every bit as full-flavored. Lingering finish is nicely dry and perhaps one notch more bitter than I’d like but really being critical there. I definitely wish I’d bought more than one bottle. Excellent.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
