Impression: I had this last year from a bottle and loved it and had been planning this visit ever since. The version on tap was quite different but fantastic just the same. It’s a gorgeous mahogany Bock with a rocky head and a nose of dried stone fruit. Rich malty palate with hints of dried fruit. Bitterness is low but underlying hops are amazingly drying. Lingering dry finish is moreish.
