Impression: It had been a long day by the time we got to Reblitz and we had yet another brewery to go to for dinner after this brief stop so forgive my notes for being curt. My wife and I split this and their Hellerbock as I’d forgotten to check. As it turns out, when I got home I discovered I’d had it on our first visit here. I guess it was left over from autumn due to it being slowed by COVID. At any rate, this was a gorgeous Weizenbock with a fruity nose and palate featuring caramelized banana. The lingering finish was semi-dry. I would still say, we both preferred the Hellerbock over it.
