Style: Weizen 5.2%
Head: white, rocky, yeasty
Nose: fruity, yeasty
Palate: balanced, fruity, yeasty
Finish: lingering, semi-dry
Served: from a bottle bought in the area
Impression: A great looking pour with a big lively head, refreshing honeycomb hue and fruity nose. This is a very refreshing example of the style and yet manages to be drier than most of the competition too. It’s citrusy nose and palate might not be textbook but it’s nonetheless what I like.
