Nose: rich malt, slight roast, underlying hops

Palate: balanced, malty, faint roast, underlying but firm hops
Finish: lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter

Impression: This is one rich Bock with a fair amount of hops to balance things out. There’s some roast in the mix making for a much more interesting Bock than their Hellerbock.
