Impression: I’m glad I asked as this is not the Manns Bräu Helles as I’d imagined it might be. It’s am amber Vollbier heading more in the direction of an Altfränkischesbier. It ‘s a fizzier pour than at Manns but a nice dryish fruity session beer nonetheless. There’s a hint of butter but it blends right in. The lingering finish is inviting and at 5%, why not? Glad I tried it.
