Reindler-Bräu Edel-Pils

golden beer with big head in logo mug
Reindler Edel-Pils

Brewery: Reindler-Bräu
Color: deep golden

Head: white
, sudsy, rocky
Nose: grainy, malty some grassy notes

Body: medium

Palate: balanced, malty, hoppy
, slightly grainy
Finish: lingering, semi-dry, bitter

Served: on tap at the Brauereigasthof Reindler

Impression: Finally got a beer on tap and can see why it’s their most popular. Tough to judge after so many of their admittedly fairly hoppy beers, this sessionable Pils is light, dry and hoppy without being overly bitter. The lingering finish is moreishly dry. At 4.9%, it goes down easy.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
