Impression:  I was doing a tour with a great bunch of guys from Nashville mid-week and we had a little time to kill before Göller in Drosendorf reopened after a mid-day pause. We’d had a few at both Wagner and Hummel and some of the guys were quicker drinkers so I introduced them to the idea of the Schnitt. This Pils served well for the purposes. The half pour still managed to be on the fizzy side but it’s quite balanced and dry with a clean, semi-bitter finish. They were impressed with the idea and the Pils.
