Color: unfiltered light chestnut
Head: off-white, creamy, thinning
Nose: malt, slight grain, underlying hops
Body: medium, soft
Palate: balanced, malty, fruity, slight grain, underlying hops
Finish: lingering, semi-dry
Served: from gravity dispense at the Mühlenbräu Keller
Impression: This looked to be a one-off new beer but quite a few people were enjoying it. It had the same soft mouthfeel as the Helles and again, the low carbonation due to the gravity dispense. It was maltier but still dry enough in the lingering finish to make it moreish.
