Color: light amber
Head: off-white, rocky
Nose: malty, light hop
Palate: balanced, malty, semi-dry, hoppy
Finish: lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter
Served: on tap at the brewery
Impression: I had this after the Wagner Jubiläumsbier and had loved that beer so this had a hard act to follow. That said, after a few sips it revealed itself to be a very nice dryish Märzen with a lovely lingering finish. As with just about every beer I’ve had at Hummel, it was a beautiful pour and served with a very full head.
