Hütten Hell

Hütten Hell

Brewery: Hütten
Hütten (Warmensteinach)
Style: Helles

Color: golden

Head: white, thinning
Nose: grainy, malty

Body: medium, fizzy

Palate: balanced, grainy, malty, underlying hops
Finish: clean, semi-dry, semi-bitter

Served: on tap at Hotel Restaurant Birgitte in Warmensteinach

Impression: This was quite fizzy so not surprising the head died quickly. The nose and palate were mostly grainy with ample malt. The underlying hops gave it a nice dryness and a semi-bitter finish. With a better pour, this would be pretty quaffable at 5%.
