Impression: I quite liked their beers at the Felsenkeller in Adelsdorf so was happy to see this seasonal beer in a bottle in a shop. It’s a great looking Festbier with an awesome rocky head and mixed nose of malt, grain and hops. I’ve found all their beers to be quite dry and hoppy and this Fest was no exception. With plenty of malt for balance, it’s not particularly bitter but dry nonetheless. It’s an easy quaffer at 5.5% too.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
