Impression: I didn’t get a chance to have this at the brewery and was a bit disappointed it wasn’t on tap instead of the Pils. As it turned out, the Pils was quite good. I didn’t have time for three beers and buying a six at a brewery is sometimes pricey so was happy to find their beers at a beer store up the road. This poured with an incredible head that lasted well into the glass and revealed itself as a nice dry Helles with a well-integrated grain element and underlying hops. I’d say the Pils was better but this was no slouch either.
