Impression: I’d always meant to have this medal-winning Weizen but never got around to it until my most recent visit. This is a nice looking and darker than usual Weizen served in a logo glass. There’s a hint of banana in the otherwise yeasty nose but it’s not all that up front in the palate. In fact, this is one of the driest Weizens I’ve ever had and that suits me just fine. It also has a very refreshing sour element which when combined with the clean dry finish makes it imminently drinkable.
