Impression: I didn’t realize they had a Rauchbier and since I was there for an extended session and they offered small pours of all the draft beers, I gave it a try. It was a gorgeous amber brew with an incredible head and faint smoky nose. The delicate soft palate had some grain up front and a fine smokiness in the background. It was quite sessionable at 5.3% and a nice introductory smoke beer.
