Lang Bräu Schönbrunner Pils

yellow beer in pils glass

Lang Bräu Schönbrunner Pils

Brewery: Lang Bräu
Town:
Schönbrunn
Style: Pils

Color: pale yellow

Head: white, creamy, rocky
Nose:
slight grain
Body: medium
, soft
Palate: balanced, slight grain, dry, good hopping

Finish: clean, dry, bitter

Served: on tap at the brewery

Impression: I had their Helles first and it was so good I was worried the Pils would be maltier and potentially simpler. It came out with a gorgeous rocky head in a nice logo Pils glass. It was a true to form German Pils with a nice dry hoppy palate and clean bitter finish. It’s certainly a Pils you could session on at 5%.
