Lang Bräu Schönbrunner Hell

yellow beer with big head in glass

Lang Bräu Schönbrunner Hell

Brewery: Lang Bräu
Town:
Schönbrunn
Style: Helles

Color: pale yellow

Head: white, creamy
Nose:
malty, slight grain
Body: medium
, soft
Palate: balanced, nice grain element, dry, fair hopping

Finish: clean, dry, slightly bitter

Served: on tap at the brewery

Impression: I wasn’t sure what to expect of this brewpub though I’d quite liked their Dunkles in a bottle which I found at a beer store in Franconia. This was poured a bit on the fizzy side but was very soft nonetheless and far drier than most Helles are. It was an easy drinking beer but super flavorful just the same. I was just having this to try it but I’d have to say, I could easily drink this every day, especially at 4.5%!

Next beer or back to the beer list.
