Impression: I went into the brewpub’s shop to buy their Eucharius Märzen and Kloster Sud to bring home and saw this Craft Beer offering and decided to give it a try. It poured beautifully with a massive rocky head and both floral and citrus hops in the nose. It was quite dry and not overly bitter. It kind of reminded me of recent Craft Beers I’d had in England, a nice mix of English style and American hops. It was both flavorful and super easy to drink at 4.9%.
