Roppelt Kellerbier
Brewery: Roppelt
Town: Stiebarlimbach
Style: Kellerbier
Color: in Krug so no visuals, looks golden
Head: rocky, white, lasting
Nose: faint hops
Body: medium
Palate: malty, some grain, underlying hops
Finish: clean, semi-bitter
Served: on tap at the Roppelt Keller
Impression: I’ve always loved Roppelt Kellerbier and at their scenic Keller, there’s no reason to drink anything else. This is an easy drinking but very tasty Kellerbier with a balanced palate with just enough hops to carry you into a clean somewhat bitter finish which is infinitely moreish.
