Impression: One thing that’s nice about spending a few nights at one brewery is you get to sample beers you would otherwise miss. This Weißbier was a perfect example and from the photo, you might even think it would have been good to miss but it was one of the most refreshing beers I’ve ever had. It was very pale and the lemony aroma put me off slightly but it was a very light, thirst quenching beer with none of the typical banana clove overtones you generally get. The finish had no bitterness but it was nonetheless clean. Quite nice.
