Impression: I finally got to this small brewery after nearly a decade between visits but between them, I saw some bottles of their beer in a shop in Franconia and decided to give them a try. This dark Kellerbier was one of them and a lovely one it is too. It has a very soft mouthfeel and a the kind of dry, malty palate that Franconia is noted for. The finish is clean and dry. I can’t wait to get to their Keller and see just how quaffable this must be there.
